Provisional ID , Password help , lawer demanding money

Hello Guys

i need help on issue.

I am registered under Punjab VAT.

My tax lawer / accountant Got my provisonal ID and password from sales tax office on my behalf , 3 months ago.

He changed its user name , password and enrolled using his mobile number and email id.

Now he is asking me a heavy fee for getting me registered under GST common portail

i can register it myself online,.

i told him to give my id and password , but he is again asking for a fee.

Now what can i do in this matter?

Its my property , my ID , Password.

please guide
