I need a sample copy of the said proof.
Can anyone help me with the drafting proof of appointment of authorised signatory?

You can simply select Authorised Signatory as Yes in the page where details of Proprietor is mentioned. This will automatically skip the authorised signatory tab and you can head forward.

Also there is no need to print on a stamp pater. Company’s Letter Head with proper CIN, Registered Address, e-mail etc. would be enough.

There is no need for a board resolution in case of companies.
