My friend has 3 business and all the 3 business are under his proprietary Concern. All his businesses have different TIN Numbers. Thus 3 TIN Numbers. In this case, will he be required to register for all 3 TIN numbers or register with one TIN Number?
Please clarify.

PS: All these registrations under VAT is under same PAN.

I have read about another question here on GST forum about a case where a person has a single business but has multiple VAT registration in different states.

Other TIN details will have to show under additional place business.

If you have multiple TIN on the same pan in different states then you have to enrol for every TIN. Indirect tax committee of ICAI says a state wise a separate registration for each state.
