Dear sir,
I had doubt about Trans 1 Return & Tran 2 Return (ITC ON STOCK ON 30-06-2017) Submission.
We had purchased vehicle through Sale in Transit under section 6(2) of Central Sales Tax Act 1956,
Actually, RNAIPL (manufacturer) invoiced to NMIPL with Excise Duty collection, after that NMIPL invoiced to Manumatic Nissan (dealer). Invoices in the name of Manumatic Nissan (dealer) includes only Gross Amounts, Freight, Net amounts, no excise duty amounts.
So, kindly clarify who will claim ITC through submission of Tran 1. If it will claim by NMIPL from Government or Dealer will claim.
Kindly give me the clarification for Input Tax Credit asap.
Kindly find the attachment of invoice copies
- Invoice copy – (RNAIPL to NMIPL)
- Invoice copy – (NMIPL to Manumatic Nissan)
Regards,
Ajeesh
