    I would like to know weather is there any specific form or format or template available for Quotation in GST?

    Yes There are Invoicing Rules under GST.

    there may not be any prescribed format. But there is prescribed details to be included in the invoice. One can design the invoice incorporating all the details as prescribed in the invoice rule.
