What is the GST rate for commercial rent?
Can we deduct property tax like we used to for service tax in arriving at the taxable rent?

I think GST wotld be on commercial rents, but yet time it not confirmed

Rate for commercial renting is 18%. Property tax cant be deducted for arriving value.
